Your Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Group Land Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage all aspects of land arrangements for group travel, including accommodation, transportation, and activities. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our clients by handling logistical details, supplier communications, and on-the-ground support.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all land services for groups, from initial setup through to completion of the travel experience.
• Coordinate directly with suppliers for hotel reservations, ground transport, and local tour arrangements.
• Negotiate prices and terms with hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers to ensure the best possible value and quality.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of services provided, ensuring that supplier agreements and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored group travel proposals.
• Manage budgets effectively and provide detailed cost reports.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients during travel, ready to manage any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a travel agency focusing on group travel.
• Required know-how of Global Distribution System on Airline reservation System (Sabre or Galileo),
• Desired know-how in ferry reservation (Liknoss or Certus), hotel reservation (Entrada, Webhotelier).
• In-depth knowledge of travel services, supplier negotiation, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle last-minute changes or issues.
