Sales Executive – Advanced Digital Printing Technologies

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Consultant to join our team in Thessaloniki, focusing on Northern Greece and/or Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor for digital production and printing technology, playing a key role in business development and consultative sales.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Develop a deep understanding of advanced digital printing systems and their capabilities
• Advise clients on suitable printing solutions based on their specific needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate the benefits and features of each solution
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions and create complete proposals
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase how our technologies can enhance productivity and cost efficiency
• Build long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and problem resolution
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts

 

Additional Responsibilities
• Monitor and grow the client base in Greece and abroad
• Negotiate contracts and manage customer accounts
• Keep clients informed of new products and technical updates
• Track industry trends and competitor activity
• Travel within the country and abroad, participating in industry exhibitions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet monthly/annual sales targets
• Maintain the quality and organization of the assigned region
• Follow company procedures and reporting standards strictly

 

Candidate Profile
• University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
• Excellent command of English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Reliability, integrity, and goal orientation
• Previous sales experience in a similar industry will be considered an asset
• Valid driving license
