We offer a set of guidelines that our teams or organisations can use to make good decisions in the workplace. It allows us to set a basic expectation of what is socially acceptable and how to approach problems. By fostering a climate of trust and by establishing general principles of conduct and communication and implementing best practices, procedures and timelines, and by following general descriptions of how our employees should behave, as well as specific guidelines for handling issues such as harassment, safety and conflicts of interest, we have been able to use our code of conduct to guide decision-making by ensuring that individuals act with integrity, professionalism and integrity.
